Real Healthcare Solutions has published an article in the Tissue Viability supplement of the British Journal of Nursing. The article, entitled Working with industry for improved patient outcomes, has generated plenty of interest from both clinicians and industry. The key point raised in the article is that the challenge both for the NHS and its industry partners is to pursue joint working that genuinely improves patient outcomes; adding value but not cost. This pursuit for innovation can only be achieved through joint-working initiates that are deemed transparent and ethical.
